season 2

Once with the death of Lois’ wealthy aunt, the Griffins’ life is about to change mostly because she settled her mansion on them. In this season, Peter tries to spend some time with his father, gets concerned over the possible Y2K apocalypse, plays dirty politics and meanwhile, as if that weren’t enough, death pays him another visit.
Wanting to be always in the spotlight, he races with his wife. At a given moment, Lois is named the new artistic director of the Quahog Players theater group. Peter improves the shining hour and takes the show away from Lois. While, forced by circumstances, Brian and Stewie have to go on a long journey across country, Chris is driving his sister crazy. The end of the second season isn’t very different from the beginning. Although the stories and the humor are consistent, the characters don’t seem to grow.

season 1

The first season of “Family Guy” surprises the Griffin family in all kinds of situations from a birthday party to a visit from death and an aunt who settles a property on them. While little Stewie continues his quest, the rest of the family tries to look as normal as possible. With a sharp humor and some amazing voices, the show manages to hold the viewers spellbound.
Occasionally, between amusement and insult is only a very thin line, but it succeeds in dissipating any mistakes with excellent parodies of both TV shows and movies or with endless jokes at celebrities. Sometimes funnier than “The Simpsons” and sharper than “King of the Hill”, this show offers you good reasons to laugh like a drain.
